Our program offers a structured and supportive environment where teens can enhance their social, communication, and daily living skills. With experienced instructors and a focus on practical, real-world applications, we guide our participants in building confidence and independence. Whether it's learning to manage finances, navigate public transportation, or cultivate meaningful relationships, our Life Skills Program equips teens with the tools they need to succeed in the transition to adulthood.
ABA Therapy
Our ABA program is a structured evidence-based approach to understanding and modifying behaviour. The primary goal is to improve socially significant behaviours, such as communication skills, social interactions, adaptive living skills, and academic performance. Empowered Littles
The Empowered Littles Program is tailored specifically for our youngest learners, offering a nurturing environment infused with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) approaches. Our focus is on preparing children for success in both school and life by honing essential skills such as school readiness, emotional regulation, and communication.
Parent Coaching
Our parent coaching program is designed to support parents with navigating the challenges and complexities of raising children. It is a collaborative and individualized process that focuses on enhancing skills, improving communication with children, and fostering a positive parent-child relationship.
Respite
The Empowered Respite Program provides flexible and supportive care tailored to individual and group needs. Operating Monday to Friday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and weekends from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, the program offers a safe and engaging environment.
